What is Humulin 70/30?

• Before using insulin, tell your doctor if you have any other medicalconditions or if you take other prescription or over-the-counter medications,including vitamins, minerals, and herbal supplements humulin insulin.
• Before using Humulin 70/30, tell your doctor if you have kidney or liverdisease humulin insulin. You may require a dosage adjustment or special monitoring during treatment humulin insulin.
• Most insulins can be used during pregnancy and breast-feeding humulin insulin. They arenot expected to be harmful to an unborn baby humulin insulin. • Vials of Humulin 70/30 can be kept unrefrigerated for up to 28 days,but should not be exposed to excessive heat or sunlight humulin insulin.
• Once punctured, the vial of insulin in use, whether stored in the refrigeratoror at room temperature, must be used within 28 days humulin insulin. Throw away any unused insulin28 days after the vial is first punctured humulin insulin.
• Insulin cartridges and pens in use, should be stored at room temperature(below 86 degrees Fahrenheit/30 degrees Celsius), but should not be exposedto excessive heat or sunlight humulin insulin. What happens if I miss a dose?
